This very beautiful church of St. Anthony Of Padua is located in the hearth of Istiklal Avenue.
This great church is in fact the largest church of the Roman Catholic Church in Istanbul.
An original St. Anthony of Padua Church was constructed back in 1725 by the Italian community of Istanbul, but was later demolished and replaced with the current building which was built on the same location but many years after.

We you’re walking down Istiklal Avenue you’ll notice right after Galatasarai high school, a patio entrance with arches. Inside you can notice the church as from the avenue itself it is not noticeable.
